Absolutely nothing like advertised

Liked: They act like booking online is a hassle for them I booked a superior smoking room but they didn't have one and downgraded me but still charged full price. The laundry room was down and they had no interest in fixing it.
Disliked: They said that they couldn't even tell what kind of room I had booked because I booked online so if they fixed that that would be great
