The worst experience I have...

Liked: Not one thing!I checked out early and found another place for the remaining of my stay.
Disliked: Nasty mattress with stains, and no mattress protector. Noisy ac unit.The front desk was never available when you called, the front desk staff woke me up at 11:30 pm shouting and carrying on in the parking lot. This altercation had nothing to do with a guest. The emotion and intensity and the volume was quite disturbing; it went on for well over an hour . That night I slept in a king-size comforter that was delivered to my room. I cocconed myself inside, like a sleeping bag so that my body would stay as far away as possible from the nastiness around me. It was the worst experience I've ever had staying at a hotel.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was good. Was around everything and just a couple miles from the beach
Disliked: Some of the staff was not helpful and seemed self absorbed. Didn’t have microwave or mini fridge in room

Disliked: Cara parked and just left there( could tell had been awhile.

Basic, hope not to need...

Liked: The room wss large and I liked that the floor is not carpetted, and it wss clean - and the location was central w shuttle stops nearby.
Disliked: Bed needs to be replaced - the springs were so noidy, thst when my husband turned in thr middle of the night, the noise scared me awake! Where thr toilet roll went on the esll is abhole that has been painted up to the edge - I mentioned it to the front desk snd they scted as if it was new, but I am sure they know about it. Despite all the nonsmoking signs, our room smelled like mariguana when we arrived sfter dinner... so someone wss smoking nesrby outside. Often, there was no one st the front desk, and they csme in through the front door - it might be staff smoking? The in room coffee was a joke - no outlet my coffee maker, and the cups were too big for the unit.The unit needs remodeling, with extra heaters or lights on walls painted over now that they aren't in use. I knew it would be a basic stay, despite the price, but it was a holiday weekend and was all we could afford on HHI at last minute, but I hope not to have to stay there again.

Liked: I did not end up staying. I saw some thing that looks like it could’ve been a bedbug. I also was not able to get a hold of booking.com. Fortunately, my my bank and the general manager at the facility we’re both cooperative. I will never book with booking.com again.
Disliked: The room wasn’t clean. I also didn’t like the fact that I wasn’t able to get a hold ofbooking.com.
