Disappointing

Liked: The price for 3 rooms for our group of 10 was very affordable
Disliked: The beds were brick hard, something didn't work in every one of the rooms rented, there was a hole in the wall in one of the rooms, and mystery splatters on the walls in every room. But we didn't see any kind of bugs so there's that. My expectations weren't very high but cleanliness is bare minimum.

Liked: Close proximity to where we needed to be Clean rooms. Comfortable bedstead
Disliked: The smell. The smoking outside. Staff were not very accommodating

Check-In/Out was a breeze and...

Liked: The room was very clean, though the window A/C unit was a little outdated.
Disliked: The continental breakfast left much to be desired. The only thing they had was waffles and bread/toaster.
