Disliked: The bed bugs and the lying manager.would not give us a different room because they didn't want us telling other guess.said there were booked up but I called less then an hour later and there was a room available after telling us there wasn't rude front desk manager which is the young lady with the glasses

Disliked: I did not like that they did not give me back my deposit due to there being "bodily fluids" on the sheet. I am NOT the first person to have either had sex in a hotel or have had their menstrual cycle start unexpectedly. I will NOT ever stay at Red Roof anywhere again

Disliked: The hotel lobby, hallway, and both of our rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. There was no elevator. While checking in, some strange guy who appeared to be living in the hotel and called himself joker was bothering my daughter's granddaughters and wife. When we got to our rooms, the same guy who was in the room across the hall came from us and came out in the hallway, bothering as we were opening our door. I had to tell him to go back in his rooms. At this point, my wife and daughter's were affarid for their safety. That was the last straw with all the other issues. we decided to leave that hotel and find another. I spoke to the front desk and asked to have my money refunded. He said that the manager would contact me. Still waiting.
