Liked: Everyone was very nice and helpful. It was very easy to check in. The room had everything we needed.
Disliked: We could hear the people around us. Someone let their dog go outside and the boys stepped in it, and it made a mess in the room. The water in the room was brown at first but went away after running it a while.

Not cleaned every night?

Liked: Initially the room was clean. After the first night I advised the housekeeping staff that the room would be empty and okay to clean. The room was cleaned and fresh linens were on the beds. The second night the room was not cleaned and the beds weren't changed.
