Liked: I like the location
Disliked: It seem a little dirty and the sheets and the bed spread had stains on them. The room above us they sound like a Hurd of elephants and the room next to us had a big dog that howl and bark at early morning and let’s don’t forget the chirping birds that started at night and didn’t stop.

Liked: Close to the beaches near stores
Disliked: Tv, tub stopper, sink stopper toilet and portable ac didn't work properly tub n sink wouldn't hold water portable ac bathroom vent didn't work no TV period no phone service and internet connection barely worked. Toilet stayed stopped up. Front desk wasn't always there to help even got locked out at one point n office was closed. Floors weren't clean and items left from previous travelers proved the lack of cleanliness. I was offered a discount and what was supposed to be 15 a day ended up bring 15$ in total at checkout and I'm very unhappy w that

Liked: I liked the location of the hotel because it was close to the beach.
Disliked: Bedding and was dirty. Floor was gritty. We experienced bed bug bites. Had to change bed covers at 2am we took photos of the bug

Homeless people, shirtless and shoeless...

Disliked: Brandy, the manager makes false promises and does not deliver on her word!My pregnant wife, toddler and myself got out of the vehicle next to several people outside shirtless and no shoes smoking weed. It was dimly lit and the patrons there were very sketchy. We walked up to our room as one guest walked out of his door barely clothed with weed smoke rolling out of the room, again wife is pregnant... We got in our room long enough to book another hotel.I went downstairs to inform them that we could not stay here due to the environment, we didn't feel safe nor did we feel like it was healthy for our baby. We turned in our keys and were notified that the manager would call us the next day.The manager, Brandy, never called and I had to go back to the hotel. I told her all of our issues and that we never stayed the night (booked two nights.) She assured me that the rooms were cancelled on their end and that we would be refunded through booking.comIt's been 5 days and we still haven't been refunded for 2 nights that WE DIDN't EVEN USE. We can't help that the hotel was not fit for kids to stay at. It was AWFUL.Terrible hotel, terrible environment, terrible management.

Disliked: Not a 24/7 front desk, uncomfortable bed and pillows

Disliked: The bathroom smelled like pee with a slippery, pee-like coat on the floor. I noticed the fitted sheet had been used, and I saw 3 baby roaches come from behind tv before I went to sleep, and one was crawling on my foot at 4am and woke me up so I left
