Red Roof Inn Greensboro Coliseum

HORRIBLE PLACE!

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Everything from the beds; no remote for TV; no fridge; no coffee maker; no smoke alarm.

Needs renovation big time! Shower head was broken and the AC didn't keep the room cool. I will never stay at a Red Roof Inn ever again.

Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: No coffee maker, fridge, or microwave.

Liked: nothing - we actually tried to find another hotel or motel to stay at after checking in and seeing out room. but they were all booked due to a conference
Disliked: The room smelled terrible from the start - they did not give us an accessible room for my handicapped mother, even though that is what I requested. there was a huge cockroach running up the wall in the room when we entered the room, The host tried to put us in a room on the second floor even with my mother standing there with her cane and clearly would not be able to manage stairs, and there was no elevator. When we pulled up there was a couple of guys hanging out in their car watching what appeared to be a television set (no clue how) loud music etc. There was no fridge or microwave in the room, this was not indicated in the original online booking. My mothers insulin is required to be refrigerated.

Disliked: First I got double charged. Then the rooms are nothing what the website says. The room was supposed to have a coffee pot but I would have had to upgrade to a deluxe room and the lobby where there was supposed to be coffee in the mornings was locked. Apparently you have to ask for coffee through the night window. Worse hotel stay I ever had.

Liked: Nice and relaxed
Disliked: The foreign guy refuse to let me get another room because my id and card didn’t match I just got divorced and he refused the service. Went somewhere else.

Disliked: Beds was not comfortable mattresses was smaller than a queen bed had a spot open for a microwave and refrigerator but it didn’t have one I called the front desk and asked and they said they didn’t have them in the rooms had to buy a cooler to keep drinks cold and could not warm up food

Liked: Room was clean, bed was ok.
Disliked: Pillows were small, and very old. There was a lot of drug activity in the parking lot's, people with open carry weapons, it did not feel safe. There are several hotel options within walking distance that would be a much better choice.

Disliked: The guy at the front desk acted like he couldn’t give me a room unless I was 21 after I already booked thru the site and couldn’t get my deposit back if i cancelled also over priced

Liked: It was close to my venue.
Disliked: The place was filthy. I tried two different rooms. I could not stay. I left without have accommodations.
