It was hot

Liked: It was clean
Disliked: It was really loud and the AC was blowing out hot air. I called and complained several times and nothing was done about it. Other people were also complaining that their ac wasn't working as well

Worst managed hotel.I have ever...

Liked: Staff in the bar and restaurant , we're extremely nice and professional.
Disliked: Lady At the front desk was extremely rude! Then lied to us, telling us she had nothing available. Then she got mad when We boocked our room online. Telling us because We booked online, And she hadn't cleaned the rooms yet..(at 7pm) she was going to downgrade the room and would not refund the difference in cost!!!
