Disliked: Hotel didn't have card keys available for the first 24 hs, had to get a staff member to open the door of the room each time during this period.Hotel requires $50 "security deposit", reimbursed at checkout.Shampoo was leftover from previous guest.

Liked: Remodeled, high toilet for aging joints, laminate flooring
Disliked: Parking was tight, I was on the second floor yet I’m handicapped, the AC filter was very dirty, the hand sink was plugged and there was very little hot water and was woken up by an alarm in the middle of the night that seemingly rang for ever

Liked: The lady checking us into our room was very accommodating....my mother had a broken foot...and she moved our room to a handicap access room.
Disliked: The room was NOT clean. The beds were clean, but the toilet had pee spots on the seat and the shower had pubic hair and used bars of dried out soap.The Toilet wouldn't flush properly and the door wouldn't completely lock.

Exceptional

Liked: Convenient to freeway.Great restaurant/bar attaced to lobby.

A few good things outweighed...

Liked: We did not receive continental breakfast they do not provide it. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The morning we were to check out we did not have hot water, the office would not answer their phone supposedly due to wiring issues, the sink was clogged up and draining SLOWLY, there was no ice in the ice machine, there were quite a few sketchy looking guests and the hotel was not in a very nice location, the description on your site was very deceiving on whether or not we would have a refrigerator. We were under the impression that we would and we did not.
