Disappointing

Never again. This hotel besmirches...

Liked: The location in Fredericksburg
Disliked: Everything else. Rude staff, unclean, broken rooms, smoker’s room when non-smoking had been booked. Had to leave and find another hotel this place was so awful. My health was compromised.ALSO - Booking.com SUCKS when it comes to customer service. Use another site. even though this website took my booking for a NON-Smoking room, they refuse to do ANYTHING about my issues with Red Roof Inn or the fact that I had to get a different hotel elsewhere. They refused to respond to me or the Better Business Bureau about the incident.I will NEVER use them again, and you should run. Try Kayak or Trivago.

Ok for a night or...

Liked: The room was spacious. It was quiet
Disliked: They had glue traps in the room for roaches. My cat got caught up in it. For a pet friendly place, they should take that into account. The bed wasn't comfortable at all. I woke up with neck and back pain, but it's ok for a night.
