Rude and terrible customer service

Disliked: Don’t ever stay in this hotel I booked a room for my driver i talked to a lady to request why is the checked in so late? The standard time start from 12 but she was very disrespectful and rude also requested about a solution because the driver couldn’t wait for that long he is a heart patient she said we should pay $20 extra I was welling to pay that but they didn’t have any option for payment no card The worst experience don’t ever try for this hotel booking.com should’ve listed this place

Liked: Room is good size n bed is comfortable
Disliked: Maintenance because he was extremely rude the ac wasn't working n he argued with me trying to convince me that it worked so he wouldn't have to do any work n I finally got another room after arguing for 15 minutes n I also felt threatened cuz he kept staring me down n walking by my room I travel alone so I was scared n I notified office n they didn't do anything at all but it's far too walk from room to office to get snacks or anything

Disliked: Staff was rude someone’s bra was in my room when I checked in also air was broken then they moved me to another room with an attitude and the air was broken in that room also. I had to go buy a fan just to sleep
