Liked: From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and courteous. The check-in process was fast and hassle-free, which I appreciated after a long day of travel.The room itself was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy with fresh linens, and I had a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbances. I especially liked how quiet the surroundings were—it felt safe and relaxing. The air conditioning/heating worked perfectly, and all the in-room amenities were functional and convenient, including the TV, mini-fridge, and coffee maker.The bathroom was clean and stocked with enough towels and toiletries. Hot water was available instantly with good water pressure, which made for a great shower experience.Parking was easy and right near the room, and the Wi-Fi was strong and reliable throughout my stay. Though I was only there overnight, I could tell the management takes pride in maintaining the property and ensuring guests are comfortable.For the price, this place is an absolute gem. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and quiet place to stay. I would definitely return if I’m ever in the area again.

Not a pleasant experience

Liked: It smelled like dog feces, and urine. It was not clean. There was bugs everywhere the shower had hair and bugs in it.

Please don’t stay here!!! Unless...

Liked: The pictures are misleading, The rooms did not have a microwave or an iron. I asked the guy at the front and he stated they didn’t provide one, Then somehow he found one and put it our room. So when I asked what about the iron he stated “We don’t provide that” I was already upset to begin with because what was advertised is not what was provided. There was bad leaks in the hotel, The smell of weed filled the hallways. The sheets were dirty, the room was not cleaned at all. Overall a total mess, We checked about within 30 mins of arriving. The reason we stayed that long is because I was in the front dealing with The guy there, We came from out of town with nowhere to go. When I told Him the reasons why we couldn’t stay there followed by that they need to actually advertise what they have and take off the pictures they have online! Because they’re misleading, He made a phone call and Stated they were not giving me my money back even though He knew the reasons why. I proceeded to tell Him that it was fine but that I’d be dealing with our bank to stop the transaction.

Disliked: It was late when we booked so at that point I thought ‘beggars can’t be choosers’. I had stayed at the Red Roof before, but this facility had a few red flags. It was late check-in for us and we had to go to a ‘night’ window to do that, we couldn’t go into a lobby. The door she told us we could go in was in the middle of the hotel and the security pad you use your card to enter was broken and only hanging on by the electrical wire and you can open the door without using your keycard. There was a grill/smoker in the parking lot so that told me people lived in the hotel, which was fine, but when we definitely did not feel comfortable leaving anything in the car and brought everything in with us. There was no elevator. When we got to our room, we had trouble with the keycard opening the door and you could hear the people walking to the doors in the surrounding rooms and see their peepholes go dark. We finally got in the room, inspected it and felt it wasn’t as clean as it should be. The comforter on one of the beds had stains on top of it, the floors could have been vacuumed better and the smoke detector was missing. We were hungry, the friend I came with and my daughter left to go get food but we decided I’d stay in the room because we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our things in the room alone. The next morning we left right at checkout.
