Liked: The rooms were clean and it was cheep.
Disliked: The room was clean and did not have carpet which i liked. The hallways were filthy and smelled like piss. It was right next to a strip club and there were questionable people hanging around outside at times. We were a group of guys seeing music at SWEETWATER so it worked out for us, but not a great place. Again, the rooms were clean though.

Perfect for a short stay.

Liked: It’s cool if you need somewhere cheap to stay and it’s not really dirty. It can be a bit tidier. The walls are super dirty and it has a bad smell throughout the whole motel- a musty smell. I’m not sure if the sheets etc are clean or not. They seem clean for the most part but then I would see like stains on them that don’t look washed. I’d recommend bringing sheets/towels if can. I do come here a lot tho when I need to because of the price. If they just fix those few things. It would be perfect for a red roof. Staff is very friendly.
Disliked: Very bad Smell throughout hotel, extremely dirty walls, need to wash sheets/towels. Need to clean bathroom.

Could be cleaner

Liked: Peaceful for most part..good location to area businesses.
Disliked: Room smelled like dog or dirty feet. Probably needs carpet cleaned or trash dumped in facility more often.
