Disgusting! Dirty, no towels, candle wax on the floor, holes in the bedspread. The clientele were not visitors. They lived there. A lot of shady people just hanging out. Did not feel safe there. Asked for refund and went elsewhere. False advertisement on the amenities. Should be shut down!

Liked: Very not clean room , the room door had a crack on bottom outside air came through, cockroaches throughout room water didn't work and beds smelled like mildew mold . Very bad experience.

Disliked: Unlivable conditions: foul smell in the room - couldn’t stay longer than 20 seconds. Room had the following issues: broken mattress, ripped out smoke detector, shoe prints on the wall as if someone was keeping it, missing light fixtures, flickering bathroom and room lights, blood-looking stains on the wall and floor

Disliked: It was filthy, disgusting smell when we opened the door, no linens or pillows. We didn’t even go in- just turned around & walked across the parking lot to another hotel. The entry way & lobby was dirty & debris everywhere. Red Roof should be ashamed to have their name on this hotel.

Disliked: The cockroach I seen when I got out the shower..I had to stay because I'm going thru a bout of homelessness myself and paid thru booking.com and couldn't get a refund..it was all in all horrible experience.dope heads everywhere.small kids running around unattended...the room was filthy..

Disliked: Paid for superior room that doesn't exist they dont even have wash clothes for a shower the room I got was a hundred dollars cheaper then i paid the staff told me booking.com doesn't have a clue what the rooms have do to theft. I was lucky enough to still have a tv but refrigerator and microwave dont exist anymore. An other person staying there went and bought wash clothes and gave me one to take a shower and I was booked for 6 days. Property never could get me one.
