Would not stay here again.

Liked: Clean sheets & towels
Disliked: The room smelled musty with a hint of stale cigarette smoke. Beds were not comfortable. Our room was on the lower level, a stick was in place to secure the window. No blow dryer in the room.

Exceptional

Liked: The manager recognized me as a frequent guest and upgraded my room so that I wouldn't have to climb stairs. He was so friendly even remembering why I was staying there. Clean, quiet, comfortable and friendly staff-what more would I want?
Disliked: Nothing

good except double charges ,...

Liked: friendly staff receptionist . didn't like being double charged and still nit resolved . the hotel
Disliked: the hotel double charged ,still not resolved after paid previously by booking .com .charges twice on visa

Liked: I got a bad vibe from the night manager. He talked us into the 2 queens room. It was super small that the coat rack was not even useable. We should have taken the king bed that we booked.

Disliked: Room was filthy: dirty and stained sheets, pillows were under clean, body hair on sheets, cockroaches on bathroom wall and in hallways. Management refuses to acknowledge complaints or give a refund...we left immediately and never ended up staying at this facility!

Disliked: Stairs to all rooms, we stayed at back of building, no ramp

Okay for the price but...

Liked: Quick and easy check-in.
Disliked: Didn't have the facilities I had requested but was led to believe the hotel had two queen beds with mobility access. I sent a message to the hotel reinforcing the necessity and never received a call or message back that they did not have it. Also booking.com should not have given me this hotel if they didn't have what I needed.
