Staff and facilities level red...

Disliked: Mattress was a complete failure with extreme sinking in the middle and all covers and sheets slipping right off and putting them back on several times throughout the night. The carpet felt filthy and sticky in a sense and when my partner jumped into bed after showering her fit looked dirty. So I also look at my feet after taking a shower and I also found my feet dirty from carpet.Aside from dirty feet and sore body from room, front desk was alone when I wanted to check out before 9am and no way to alert/notify anyone of me leaving. I decided to yell out a " hello anyone here " shortly after a woman appeared from the hallway opposite of front desk with a not so happy face to answer question about my early checkout.
