Was worth less than half...

Liked: Pros: allows dogs with no fees, good location, free parking.
Disliked: Room smelled like cigarettes or pee (don’t know which one) a lot of carpet stains, shower water was either boiling hot or freezing cold (nothing in between), the tv cable kept cutting out or freezing (front desk told me to unplug and replug which nothing worked after). Just felt dirty.

Disliked: Lobby and elevator could use some TLC. Elevator felt like a death trap.
