Liked: Multiple staff members were nice and helpful. Great location in the city.
Disliked: WiFi didn’t work. Water pressure was atrocious. Toilet wouldn’t stop making draining noises and bathroom door wouldn’t close due to old, warped wood. Notable build up of dust on reading lights overlying bed. Odd smell.

Disappointing

Disliked: No crib available for my baby, wasn’t told until after I had paid and put the deposit on my card, even though I asked for it, two different times before arriving! The room stunk. No microwave to heat bottles. Fridge froze the milk because it was too cold. Hair dryer didn’t work. Either did two of the outlets.
