Disliked: Room 131 that they put us in had animal hair tot he point I couldn’t put my socks back in my shoes after walking on the floor, there was dried animal feces on the floor and it reeked of unwashed animal! It also flared up my allergies I felt like crap after leaving never again.

Liked: Ayanna at the desk was freindly and professional. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had every thing we needed. She upgraded our room when she saw which room we had reserved and realized that we needed more room for my handicapped wife. I would recommend this motel to anyone traveling through that area. I will recommend Red Roof for the great value.
Disliked: Have the clock in the room set to the correct time. Noone set the clock forward.

Disliked: We booked a king handicapped room. The bed was not a king! Very small to get around in a wheelchair. There was no grab bar by the toilet so nothing to hold on to. It was billed as a walk in shower but it was a regular tub with some grab bars added. This place is really old and needs work. I also paid more for a handicapped room which is against the Disabilities Act. I will be reporting Red Roof this location if I don’t get a full refund.
