Aweful! Aweful! Aweful! Aweful! Hot!...

Disliked: My dad had open heart surgery,I live 4 hours from there and needed a place to stay! Well just sleep! I got there at 10:30 pm and only had till 4 am to sleep! I walk in the room and it’s 86 degreees and breath taking! I went back down and said do you have a cool room , first my daughter has asthma, and second I can’t sleep this hot , which is why I paid for a hotel to get some sleep! Then told me he had no cool rooms! I said well I want a refund so we can stay somewhere cooler, I was told NO! It was still 82 at 4 am! Worst experience of a hotel! I ended up sleeping in my car because it was cooler! They turn the ac off to save money and expect you to turn it on when you check in which would take a very long time to cool off! But no refund? That was insane! Never stay again!
