Disliked: The cleaning the floor could of been sweeper better and moping and all of the people smoking weed in and around our room

Disliked: There were large clumps of hair everywhere. The washcloths and towels were covered in hair. The toilet paper holder was rusted as was the other towel holders. Very loud in room. Sounded like the vehicles passing were actually in the room.

Disliked: The building was falsely advertised. It look and felt dirty. The rooms weren't clean. It was the first time my wife didn't want to shower in a location.

But the property mgr wasnt very understanding when I had to use like two towels to clean my dogs cage to because she became sick and pooped in the cage and said she cant use the bathroom in the room or cage or anything. Before then we didnt have any problems there since October we spend a lot of money at that hotel and thats how we get treated and he didnt want us to clean our dogs cage. Instead of lets us pay for the towels he immediately said please find somewhere else to stay and dont come back. Which I see has been happening to a lot of families and customers down there.
