Liked: TV didn't work phone didn't work Rochester everywhere when my spouse called from.his cell phone told about tv was told someone would be down to fix within 10 minutes after 45 minutes no one came we went to get something to eat came back still couldn't get tv to work nor get anyone to room so we packed up luggage that we hadn't unpack and went to office and asked for refund and for next hr spent arguing with woman and in contact with booking. Com who at that time wasn't much help either as no refund was issued until days later and ended up with my spouse driving the rest of 6 hr drive to get us home after spending 3 days in hospital with me 9 hrs away from home. So to say I will never stay nor recommend this hotel is understatement.
