Disliked: That the mattress was lumpy and the bed spread was dirty took it off to be washed and came back to the same dirty linens on the bed that top bed spread needs to be wash some people use it sit on it naked among other things the shower curtains also need to be replaced or washed and the floor was very dirty

Disliked: The pictures of the property in booking.com looked good and I booked a room here because of the reviews. Upon arriving the property didn’t look very pleasing but I said to myself that I would still give it a try and decided to stay. The guy in reception was not friendly. He did not greet us or even give us instructions on when breakfast was served etc. When getting to our room, it smelled like cigarette even though I got a room in non smoking and the floor was absolutely dirty. There was dust, dirt, bits of trash, and even bits of used toilet paper in the restroom. Even at that point we decided to stay as we were only staying that night and leaving early in the morning. Later that night around 10:30 - 11:00, a random person knocked in our door and it scared all of us including my kids as we were not expecting anybody. We brushed it off and decided to just go to sleep at that point. Later on in the night, there was a couple outside having a good argument which caused us to not be able to sleep comfortably. We were honestly scared and didn’t even want to step outside of our room. It has been our worse experience at any hotel we’ve stayed in.
