Liked: The hotel look like a hole in a wall it is the bed was broken I had holes in the walls in the in the rooms the room was dirty horrible place and look like crackheads was there

Worst experience ever!!!!

Liked: It was the worst experience I and my family ever encountered at a hotel
Disliked: The rooms were disgusting and unclean. Floors weren't swept, lights flickered which we couldn't use because of my fiance having epilepsy. There was no towels or toilet paper. Bedding was stained. And when everything was brought to the staffs attention they shrugged us off and wouldn't do anything for us.

Liked: Upon arriving outside red roof, Taylor property. King size bed booking was dirty, the bathroom toilet overflowed three times during the day and night. The towels were dirty, the remote did not work. The clock did not work, the phone did not work. This was a safety issue in my case. I am a blind man I had to walk across the parking lot in the dark late at night to the front office to complain about the bathroom toilet overflow after 1 flush. This happened repeatedly throughout the morning at 8:30 am in the morning I checked out of this motel and asked for a Full and complete refund for both nights that I had paid for in advance. I left a message for the property manager I still have not heard back from him. Please look into this fraud.
Disliked: I answer this question in previous box same answer. Toilet overflowed, constantly bed with uncomfortable phone and clock did not work, etc.
