Liked: I don't:know if breakfast was served. My friend did not want any more interactions with staff.
Disliked: I paid for my friend to stay there. When he got to the room there were stains on the bed and some sort of rag stuck to the pillows with what he thought was human body fluid. He called the front desk and eventually they came with new pillows and a top sheet, but no blanket or comforter. He tried several times during the night to get a blanket but the front desk told him the storage room was locked. They said there was no one from housekeeping there and the only person there was a custodian or building engineer. After several attempts he gave up trying to get a blanket. In the morning he went down to the front desk to ask for a blanket. He was told by the desk or the engineer the storage locker was still locked and if he asked again they would throw him out.About an hour later they brought him one blanket, never a comforter.This was extremely poor service by Red Roof where me and my boss used to stay whenever possible on business. Needless to say things have gone way downhill on the intervening years and I will never stay there again and I will warn people from staying there. Asking for a blanket when you check into a room with soiled.comforter and what appears to be a semen filled rag stuck to the bed is not unreasonable. But the inn's response was completely rude and irresponsible and hurtful and I would recommend you seriously consider removing them from booking.com because no one should have to go through what they put my friend through David Chaney 323-309-1312On Sun, S
