Nice, clean place to spend...
Liked: Check-in was fairly. Room was very clean. Bed was comfy.

Convient stay but would not...
Liked: Location was easy for getting an Uber downtown
Disliked: Extra fee for an additional guest. $100 deposit when room rate was paid ahead of time. Cockroach was found crawling on a table.

Disliked: It was weird, the parking was horrible, it was old with peeling paint, the bed was like a rock the bedding was scratchy and the "breakfast was cold barely microwaved egg discs. It was very unhappy

For the price it was...
Liked: The comfort and room of the deluxe room
Disliked: Breakfast was not ready and available, not even coffee in the morning, no eggs sausage looked half cooked

Disappointing
Liked: Room was nice sized.
Disliked: It was very difficult to get to off of the freeway. They charged me more than my reservation, which was pd for before I arrived & charged me $100.00 extra on top of the rm charge.

Bad
Liked: The rooms were clean
Disliked: The manager was the rudest person I've ever met. We paid for a double room for 4 people on booking. There was 2 towels and one mini bottle of shampoo. In the morning he flay out refused to give us any more. Said we paid for 2 people because he entered it wrong when checking in. I showed him we paid for 4 on my receipt with booking he said he didn't care to call them he wasn't giving us any more shampoo or towels. I was practically in tears asking him why he was treating us so poorly and if it was worth the bad review. He said he didn't care and would put us on do not rent to list for complaints. Not that I ever would stay again. He also tried to tell us we were breaking fire code by having 4 people in a double room.. even though we booked and paid for 4 he claimed none of his rooms could have more than 2 guests. We had to go to an event with half of us not showered because of him. We were quiet and clean and left the room neat immaculate. I did make him do a walk through on video when I left with him confirming there was no reason to keep my deposit. I also have a video of him being so incredibly rude and refusing to give me a receipt until he saw I was recording. Then suddenly it was no problem ma'am. Then he blacked out everything on the receipt. I have never been treated so poorly in my life and it didn't matter how polite I was or how I tried to reason with him. It's like from the moment I walked in he had a chip on his shoulder because I got a cheaper rate through booking. Horrible experience.
