Disliked: Sheets not clean. No extra towels . Had to give them towels so they could wash them and return to room. Bugs in rooms . Requested downstairs room and was given upstairs. Elevator not working . Hard for seniors to get stuff up the stairs .

Poor

Liked: Good shower and bed
Disliked: Not one towel of any kind and desk clerk couldn't access any. We waited to shower in the morning and used the bed sheet to dry. TV had lines across the screen.

Rooms were clean...that's about it.

Liked: Dog friendly, rooms cleaned and well supplied....for the most part.
Disliked: Had to wait an hour to check in....beyond the posted check in time...due to rooms needing cleaned. Staff was extremely unfriendly! Parking was horrible. The back area of the hotel was weedy and overgrown...could have made a nice area, but actually was scary to go back there...trash and weird stuff back there, almost like a homeless camp. We would tend to not stay here again due to the unfriendly staff.

Bugs

Liked: Front desk was nice
Disliked: Walked in to a hot and humid room, AC was off. Then I saw a tiny bug, looked closer and realized it was a German roach. They’re invasive and that means there is an infestation. Then we see adult German roaches after we start moving things around. They were on the ceilings, ac vent and floor. We instantly took our bags out, did not want one of those getting in our bags and laying eggs. I’ve dealt with German roaches before that’s how I know all of this about infestations. The man at the front was nice though and offered us an instant refund. I believe I’m still waiting on that though.

Very clean, despite the age

Liked: Very clean, just a little dated
Disliked: Customer Service, as someone in management in the hospitality industry, just a little "Hi, how are you?" goes a long way. The clerk was not rude, just not friendly in anyway.
