Frightening and disappointing.

Liked: No breakfast
Disliked: Remote did not work in original room so they moved us to another room. The second room had the security lock removed. There was no secondary lock on the door. The area smelled of marijuana and there were several “seedy” characters setting up shop outside the room

Didn't pay my money back

Disliked: I had a reservation online and I told them and they was supposed to take a 100 off for depoist and they made me pay for another room and didn't give me my deposit

Disliked: Tv , phone , a/c didn’t work. Charged me $90 extra for having 3 dog instead of two! Said I have to rent a 2nd room and split up dogs to stay again. We cancel and got an air Bnb cheaper. It was dirty and drug dealer above us had prostitution going all night. Felt very unsafe!

Liked: There was nothing good about the stay. The room had cracks in the wall. The bathroom was filthy with dirty hair in the tub. There were cracks around where the tub met the wall. For three people, we were given three hand towels and two washcloths. The four leaned so bad and were soft in spots. No hairdryer. No coffee pot or fridge. It looked nothing like the pictures on booking. Com. I took pictures in order to prove it. Light bulbs were also burned out.
