Perfect / except the staff
Liked: Good price , very clean . First time we went the AC didn’t work in that room . But this second time we got upstairs . Better room , smelled better and very comfortable!
Disliked: Everything was perfect ! EXCEPT THE STAFF . I was given attitude from a cleaning lady , it wasn’t even check out time yet and she came banging on my door . I open and tell her it’s not time but we will start getting ready . And she yelled back at me that it was time to leave and I needed to get out .

Liked: I liked nothing about my experience with this shady app and motel. At no point during the booking process, in my confirmation email, on the motel’s website, or anywhere on the property was it disclosed that a $50 cash-only deposit would be required upon check-in. This crucial detail was completely omitted.When I arrived, I had no cash and no funds in my account for such an unlisted deposit. As a result, I was denied check-in despite having already paid for the room. This was not my fault — I was given inaccurate and incomplete information.This situation is unacceptable. Both Booking.com and Red Roof Inn failed to disclose the deposit requirement in advance, which resulted in my money being taken without providing any service. This is misleading and feels like theft.Therefore, I had no other choice but to sleep terrified in my car last night. Courtesy of booking.com and red roof inn

Fine .
Liked: It was okay
Disliked: It has a certain smell that smelled like wet wood , showers had stains everywhere and then the AC wasn’t even working correctly. It felt MOIST .
