Disliked: The room was not clean and had roaches I took a lot of videos of everything

Good but could use work

Liked: The price and the room availability at short notice. It was 1/2 the price of the other 3 hotels in the same area.
Disliked: When cleaning all of the exit doors were opened. The heat and humidity made the AC units in each room work overtime to keep the rooms cool. Also, by leaving the doors open the floors were still slick a half hour after being mopped. The washing machine did not work. Manager gave us our money back, she put money in heard the water turn on an decided it worked, after it filled the tub enough to get our clothes wet nothing else happened. Manager never returned to check.

Good stay for one night...

Liked: The hotel was 10 minutes from my friends home. Great location. And it had an opening on a race weekend which was great. We only stayed one night . Arrived around 130 pm or 2 pm. I had my dog stay which was good. Reserved room was not ready so I took first available which was one bed queen (I think) sized bed.
Disliked: The air conditioning did not cool the room as it was very humid on 2 aug 2025. Not the 110 degree weather but still early 90s hot enough for ac. But nothing but hot air blowing from the unit. I ended up telling the lady that was at the counter as we only stayed one night. I hope she checked it out and fixed it for future customers.

Disliked: Everything else. Room smelled. Wasn't clean.

Poor

Liked: The service was bad, the cleaning was bad, the room had cockroaches and the hallway smelled of marijuana.
Disliked: I would not return to that hotel and I do not recommend it.
