The stay was good for...

Liked: The location to the interstate and rear close to the hospital for my knee surgery
Disliked: It’s outdated and needs renovated. I was there to have knee surgery the next morning and the commode was close to the floor. It was all I could do to sit down and get up. It could’ve been higher.

My stay was great until...

Disliked: I didn't like the fact that i was double charged. I have sent documentation 3 times since November and have not heard a response back from the Red Roof Inn or Booking.com. I just want my $ that i was charged and shouldn't have been.

Liked: Location was perfect for my long trip (KY - NYS). My dog loves the park-like setting in which to roam on leash. The room was big and very comfortable. The staff were REALLY NICE and very helpful.

Liked: The location is good, with restaurants and shops nearby.
Disliked: The place has really gone downhill since we last stayed there 4 yrs ago! The room was just grungy looking. The bathroom door had a huge crack all the way across it and was badly repaired when it should've been replaced! The corners of the rooms weren't very clean, there was supposed to be a coffeemaker in the room but there wasn't and the tiny freezer in the refrigerator was full of frost. No lightbulb in the table lamp. The bed was very uncomfortable. There was also a big hole in the wall behind the entry door that was also badly patched up and the door had the look of being broken into. No peephole.
