Disliked: We asked for a room when booking that was downstairs because I have a handicap and cannot take stairs. When we arrived immediately gave us an upstairs room, saying there was no downstairs room, my husband told him I cannot go upstairs and that was in the booking. He then eventually gave us a room downstairs, however there are still at least four steps to get into the room. If they saw that in the booking they should have called us to let us know so we could cancel ahead of time. Of course, we had to go to another hotel. Even though the property was not of adequate accommodations, he will not cancel our room. I even tried to write to the property through booking.com but they still charged us anyway.
