Liked: Customer service was good very nice
Disliked: The door frame had been broke into before and wasn't fixed properly so you could pick the door. The bed was hard as a rock couldn't get a good night's rest. The parking was terrible it was hard getting in and out. We found hair in the bed

I checked in, and checkednout...
Disliked: room was dirty. And in complete disrepair. Walls hadnstains, paint missing frm floorboardsnand molding. The flooring was loose and detacjednfrom.the fllor. It showed sever water damage.The bathtup ran constantly, you couldnt shut it off. There was no parking on property, most spaces where occupied by construction equipment.

Disliked: I should have followed my gut and asked for a refund when I arrived and the lobby was locked, and I had to check in through a nighttime window at 4:00PM. We checked out after about an hour after switching rooms once after my non smoking room smelled heavily of smoke. The second room’s smell wasn’t much better. There was what appeared to be a bloody hand print on the back of the bathroom door. The floors were filthy with sticky residue in places. The toilet had pee in it and hadn’t been flushed, so it was not cleaned from the previous guest or else the “maid” used it and didn’t flush. The microwave smelled and had sticky food residue inside. Hairs were in the bathtub. The ice machine smelled and had green and yellow junk around it and black mold up inside it. The stairs were cracking. The sheets had stains on them. Outside the structure was falling apart in places. After about an hour (we had to find another hotel to go to) My husband went to the front desk to ask for a refund. The front desk guy told my husband he could not reimburse us because we had booked through booking.com. I called booking.command they said the hotel ran our card so they needed to reimburse us because they had our money. Booking.com called the hotel and the front desk guy lied and said we never came to him to ask for a refund. We drove back to confront the front desk man about lying and he said that booking.com must have misunderstood because he didn’t say that. Then he told us we had been in the room for over an hour so his manager would have to decide on a refund or not. This was Sat afternoon and he said the manager would be in Monday morning. We asked him to call his manager, and he said he had already tried to call him and was not able to reach him. It’s been 3 days and management is avoiding us and will not reimburse us thus far. This is a horrible hotel, and I called the police to investigate what appeared to be a bloody handprint in the bathroom.

Disappointing
Disliked: My room was not ready upon arrival due to a double booking and they tried to talk me out of my specific room request to make it work. Surfaces weren’t cleaned. Sticky residue on surfaces of night stand, drip stains on bathroom door and the bath tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, even some dark ink type stains on the comforter.

Liked: The refrigerator did not work and I call them and they never came to check it out. Will not go back they the staff guy was not friendly at all. Could not understand him either.
