Liked: No refrigerator and they charge my card twice
Disliked: No smokers area, no microwave and no refrigerator

Liked: There was a room with beds.
Disliked: they didn't program our key card for 3 days . Had to find someone in the office very late at night to get into our room. Floor didn't feel clean, like the cleaner wasn't washed off.

Liked: I like the location. Easy access to the interstate, to Crocker Park, and to the lake.
Disliked: no elevator

Neglect at the front desk

Disliked: I was asked to leave my passport at the front desk and they didn’t give it back to me when check-out the next morning and returning the keys. I realized that i didn’t have my passport with me when i was crossing the border to Canada for Niagara Falls! Caused me a lot of trouble and disruption on my trip.

Liked: Wifi didn't work in room. Toilet was not cleaned. Feces in seat and in bowl
