Liked: I like the location. Easy access to the interstate, to Crocker Park, and to the lake.
Disliked: no elevator

Neglect at the front desk

Disliked: I was asked to leave my passport at the front desk and they didn’t give it back to me when check-out the next morning and returning the keys. I realized that i didn’t have my passport with me when i was crossing the border to Canada for Niagara Falls! Caused me a lot of trouble and disruption on my trip.

Liked: Wifi didn't work in room. Toilet was not cleaned. Feces in seat and in bowl
Disliked: Get what u pay for.

Liked: The location is very nice. The staff is polite and professional at the reception desk.
Disliked: The room was very dirty, the floor was sticky, shower certain has never been bleached, it seems. It was absolutely disgusting. If the room was professionally cleaned, it would be a very nice place to stay.
