Inexpensive stay but not worth...

Liked: The room had been updated and it was clean.
Disliked: The ceiling was peeling. The A/C was not working properly, we were hot all night. There is NOT a breakfast option. Coffee only.

Liked: your virtual payment was declined so I had to pay to have the same booking as I had paid on June 30th, 2025. Just disappointed with booking.com and I will never book through your shady website going forward. thanks but no thanks.
Disliked: Management was outstanding but I had to pay for a reservation I had already paid for a week before, now trying to get my hard earned money back from your scam website. Never again will I use any website, trivago sucks and booking.com really sucks.

Convenient but not well maintained...

Liked: We were driving home and it was convenient
Disliked: So close to highway that every sound from the road could be heard in the room. The room wasn’t kept up very well, nicks in the wall and furnishings, a hole in the door was very badly patched . Etc. my first interaction with Red roof inn and i probably won’t choose that brand in the future
