Disliked: Hello! I stayed at your motel on May 22. During the night, there was an issue in the room where all the sewage started backing up into the bathroom, causing a terrible smell all night. I raised this issue and requested a refund, but to this day, I have not received any response or refund. How soon will my money be refunded?

Bed bug infested hotel, very...

Liked: Close parking to room.
Disliked: Bed bugs and cockroaches in the room. The shower kept going from super hot to super cold no matter where the temp was set at.

Liked: Nothing at all. I guess it’s a case of you get what you pay for.
Disliked: The room was bad. Flooring was a mess. Big gaps between the pieces of flooring. The chair at the desk looked like it was picked up off the side of the road. Material was wore down to next to nothing. The bathroom sink was cracked. The bathroom door had crudely patched holes and the tube was disgusting. Beds creaked loudly.

Liked: This is the second time I stayed at this property. There was no heat and it was really cold out that night, I called the front desk 10 times and told them about it. After about 4 hours went by saying that he works slowly, I called them again. And after that they switched rooms and the heat worked perfectly in the other room. The only reason why I go there is because I'm a smoker and I like to be able to smoke in a room when it's cold out. Other than that the place is a complete dump. You can tell that they don't take care of anything. I'm surprised the place is still standing to be quite honest.

Disliked: This room was booked for me for my birthday and the room was not as clean as it should have been it was holes in the blanket what people been smoking no one came out to the room to clean it or to see if I needed clean it no one brought towels and this is supposed to be a four-star hotel very disappointing to be in O'Hare to be treated this way and one more thing y'all said how was the staff never seen no styles only the people in the front lobby desk
