Wasn’t the best

Liked: Cheaper than most
Disliked: Rude staff, dirty bathroom.

Liked: the area and the beds
Disliked: whenever you showered the tub would get full of water and the bathroom lock did not lock and the refrigerator did not work and the bed wood was real dirty and it had stains on them

Very Lacking.

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.
Disliked: We had 5 people and 1 8-month old in our party and a lot of luggage. Were not told there is no elevator in the building.Toilet seat was only held on with one bolt. It was very loose and slid to the side when sitting. Shower tiles were stained. "BREAKFAST" was non-existent. Only bagels, no cream cheese or butter. No napkins. Cereal but milk ran out and was not replenished. Coffee was cold.

Liked: Everything was okay I must say accept my TV issues and for one day I did not have the TV so I should be conversated for that everything else I was fine with it I have rented from them before
Disliked: My TV was not working for one day while I was there and they changed my room and I feel that I should get some type of credit for the day without the TV I should be conversated on my bill

Liked: The bed was comfy. The electricity and WiFi works well
Disliked: The smell, the noise, the shower and toilet did not operate well. Tv channels were minimal.

Maintenance can do a better...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: I asked them to fix the drain in the shower at 8 o’clock in the morning when I got off of work at six in the afternoon it still has not been fixed and I had to take a shower and a pool of water. Both light bulbs next to the bed were burnt out. The refrigerator would not close due to the amount of ice built-up in the freezer so there was water on the floor.

Liked: NO BREAKFAST. When I booked, breakfast was indicated as being included. However, there was no breakfast in the morning. I was told by staff that maybe breakfast would happen Tuesday. We stayed on a Saturday night. So we had to go get breakfast Sunday morning.
