Very good

Liked: They accommodated request for lower room. They were friendly and made check in and check out simple. Lots to do in the area of the hotel. Room was comfortable.
Disliked: It was hard to figure out where to put dirty laundry and how to get clean towels etc as I could never find anyone. I did find someone who helped get rid of the trash which I appreciated.

Disliked: The infestation of roaches, broken thermostat, smelled like pee. The room was extremely unclean.
