Disliked: Deposit posted in my account instead of pending charge “disappearing” after check out! My apology given, just told me my money would be back today or tomorrow leaving me having to continuously check my account!

Disappointed in an understatement

Liked: The “heated” pool was cold. Per usual. My bathtub was broken and I was told it was my fault and my deposit kept over there bathtub being broken. I have stayed here many times never an issue the pool is never heated but it’s indoor so I don’t complain much. I have never had my deposit kept from me much less for the hotels faults.
Disliked: The staff. The beds. The pool.
