Liked: The property was in a convenient location to Chapel hill. The beds were amazing! I slept so good and they are very comfortable. Shower temperature was great and nice size tv. Plus I had no noise issues. Very quiet
Disliked: My shower even with the curtain inside the tube, water would still get onto the floor. But it isn’t a factor that would stop me from booking again

Disliked: Everything. The smell of the room was just horrible. It smelled like old cigarettes and no matter the time it still smelled so bad. It’s like the smell imbedded itself into the walls of the room. Do not come here.

The hotel was extremely dirty...

Disliked: The hotel was extremely dirty and had a bad smell. There were many addicts staying there. The hotel charged for laundry and drying, but even after paying for three drying cycles—each 40 minutes—the clothes were still not dry. I left some items I bought at the supermarket at the front desk, and a set of bed sheets along with a set of three boxes of disinfectant wipes were stolen. I reported this to the hotel, but they ignored me and did nothing to resolve it. It was an absolutely terrible experience
