Superb

Needs lots of repairs and...

Liked: Overall, the room itself was ok, but it needed a lot of maintenance.
Disliked: - Toilet not securely fastened to floor, it rocks and it shouldn't. - No toilet paper holder just a loose roll of toilet paper. - Clothes hook in bathroom loose and falling out. - Bathroom hair dryer does not work. - Bent shower curtain rod. - Missing light bulbs from over sink than the light. - Bathroom Mirror placed so low the 6-ft person cannot look directly to the mirror and has to bend over.- Took many minutes of running the water in the shower before hot water came out.- A few small holes in the walls in the bedroom.- Top of dresser pretty scuffed up. - Stains from old roof leak and ceiling panel but no active leak. - For some reason there was an ashtray in a new smoking room. - Lamp shade is bent. Other than that, the room is fairly nice and well appointed. - Interior hallways need paint.- Interior stairways look quite old. - Front desk does not answer the phone.

Disliked: TV did not work. All the lamps did not have lightbulbs.

Liked: Perfect location
Disliked: I called to make sure my room was still confirmed. I was told by the gentleman that answered the phone that the room I reserved was dirty but it was ok because he had another room that had 2 beds and it was a smoking room and it was on the third floor. I was ok with the fact that the room had two beds instead of one, I was not happy that the room was on the third floor with no elevator. Really was not happy that the room was a smoking room. I reserved a non smoking room.

Exceptional

Liked: Location was nice...nice shower...convenient for elderly or semi handicapped people...Easy in and out...very simple room but equipped with all needed...Room smelled good and looked clean...We enjoyed it very much...
Disliked: More towels and wash cloths...directions for use of TV...Bad directions on GPS to find the Inn...Somewhat messy exterior...

Messy lobby, but great stay.

Liked: The attention received at all moments was wonderful.
Disliked: I don't understand why the lobby looked so messy, maybe they were doing some work.

Liked: Extremely dirty. Transients apparently living on site. Pet feces, everywhere.

Disliked: There was hair in the shower before I used it and there was trash from a cigar on the floor and was supposed to be non smoking room
