Liked: Had me stay in a one bed and I booked a two bed, ac didn’t work, tv didn’t work, cleanliness was terrible, and customer service suckssss ssa

Excellent location and peaceful, beautiful...

Liked: The location and grounds of the hotel were amazing. We had great access to major highways and the location and grounds were wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed.
Disliked: I had an infestation of fruit fly's in my room most of the time I was there and because I was staying almost a month the room cleaning was only available Tuesday's and Friday's. Those weren't the best days for me because my puppy had to be out of the room. I was there for a charity fundraiser for ED, a graduation, parties and visits with family and friends. I was only able to arrange a cleaning twice. Being a little more flexible on cleaning days would be much appreciated when spending so time and much money there.

Liked: The gazebo area was really nice and the surrounding trees were as well. The staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful throughout our stay.
Disliked: Lost access to streaming apps on the tv due to storms.
