The stay was awful because...

Liked: The location close to the highway and dinning areas.
Disliked: Needs maintenance.The ceiling was peeling The room spell of pee and spreads were dirty.The staff did change and clean when informed

Pleasant stay, simple but clean...

Liked: Nice room, comfortable bed and in a good location close to the University. It was a simple hotel but nice and perfect for an overnight stay along the route.
Disliked: A bit of a smell from cleaning so had to air the room out a bit.

Red Roof Inn is not...

Liked: Useless, breakfast is just a name. The coffee was TERRIBLE!!!There is hardly any coffee in it, a very little smell of a coffee. I never had that bad coffee in the entire USA or elsewhere.
Disliked: The breakfast is the worst, do not stay there for FREE breakfast. The rooms are just okay.

Service staff is exceptional, friendly...

Liked: Room was very comfortable, quiet, clean. Shower and hot water were appreciated. Adequate trash cans, toilet paper, towels, etc. Wifi was fast and easy to access. Connection to TV and HBO programs great to have. Used the coffee machine.
Disliked: Breakfast is basic with ability to make waffles. Coffee machine is watered down even for Bold coffee. Juice machine usually only provides orange juice, the others, cranberry, etc, are just water.
