Disappointing

Liked: I by lii I me the room.
Disliked: I didn’t like because pool was closed, ice machine dysnt work and no breakfast.

Liked: The location was near the freeway and food.
Disliked: The staff was rude. The entrance was dirty and smelled like sewage. I alerted the front desk and there was no response. When going to bathroom I moved a hand towel and several roaches crawled from behind it .. I had to leave immediately. Only stated about 2 hours .

Liked: Fred, the person on duty at the office, was very accommodating and pleasant. The hotel was close to where we needed to be.
Disliked: The room had large pieces of dirt and food on the seat of the lounging chair in the room. There were only a few pieces of toilet paper left when we checked in with no extra roll in the room. There were brown stains on the curtain and the bed sheets.

Liked: Staff was very friendly
Disliked: Rooms were not cleaned and reeked of marijuana, there was obviously drug activity going on, did not feel safe at all!! Drops of blood on the toilet and tub, needless to say we did not stay there!!!

Liked: The staff helped me to change my dates of stay to a day earlier by checking me in on Wed and charging my credit card. But I have NO PROOF that I wasn't charged for both Thursday and Friday, as originally booked in error!
Disliked: I never heard back from Booking's customer service about my request to change my stay starting a day earlier.I was given a room with a defective door, very hard to close. The deadbolt did not work! The shower head has a sideways leak also. , spraying out into the bathroom.
