Disliked: dirty floors and shady persons on the property. A 7:00 AM visit from staff for housekeeping. I did not feel safe at this place.

Liked: The room was nice. The beds were comfortable. It was cozy.
Disliked: The Staff at night time, it was some girl. cant recall her name but she was EXTREMELY rude. especially when my key was working to get in my room. i called and she was immediately rude to me saying i had to walk in the cold all the way to the office, so i did... had an attitude and gave me another card. i got up to my room and it still didnt work. I called and she got MAD AT ME and took her time getting to me to open my door. so poor service on that part.
