Red Roof Inn Atlanta - Smyrna/Ballpark

It's a bed.

Liked: Good location. Some staff are friendly
Disliked: Place is falling apart... Showers not functioning properly, dribbling out instead of spraying normally. Some TVs don't work. WiFi is spotty. It's fairly run-down. Lumpy beds. I would find other lodging, to be honest. Credit card machine in lobby doesn't work, they make you pay cash and/or have a prepaid online reservation. There are people screaming at night especially on weekends like out in the parking lot and stuff. It's not a premium experience. Oh! No microwaves or fridges in the room. Almost forgot

Nice location, worth the stay.

Liked: Facing parking lot, so you can see your vehicle. Room clean and comfortable. Very quiet.
Disliked: Somet times take them a long time to come to window.

Did not sleep well without...

Liked: AC didn’t work in half of the rooms. When asked to switch staff member refused. I then later found out it was because not many of the rooms have working air conditioners

Liked: I think the location is convenient as I was headed back south so it was easy to get on 75.
Disliked: The room was clean but seemed dirty and even though I asked for a non-smoking room, it smelled like lingering smoke. The sink wasn’t clean. I was also worried about the cleanliness of the bed and sheets. The pillows are hard as rocks. The bed was crooked and moved. Just was not the nicest Red Roof I’ve stayed in.. I would suggest more upkeep and/or just closing if you can’t afford to upkeep it.

Liked: booked a king bed but we ended up in a different room with double beds.

Disliked: I was refused at check in

Liked: The location was easy to find
Disliked: As we were getting ready to eat dinner that we just brought back, I looked up at the tv and there was a cockroach and then we I looked behind the tv I saw two more, we immediately got our stuff and left and went to another hotel, we were there for maybe an hour, hour and a half. I will not stay here.
