So unhelpful basically scammed us

Liked: This property sold our room out from under us after we reserved, booked and paid for the room. They provided zero help and we were never given a refund when they said we would get one.

Terrible experience. This was false...

Liked: Honestly, nothing at all. It was not what I booked.
Disliked: This place was a joke. I booked “Red Roof Inn” but when I arrived, it was actually “Motel 6” — old, dirty, smells bad, and felt super unsafe. The pictures online were fake. I felt like I was scammed.

Worst place I have ever...

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Room smelled like an ash tray. Air conditioner cover was falling off so it rattled so loud that I had to shut it off to get some sleep. TV had no signal. They shut off my key card while I was out and I had to get it reactivated, but the lobby was locked. When I finally got someone, she was extremely rude. Staff couldn't answer basic questions. Bed was very uncomfortable.

Aweful experience won’t stay again.

Liked: The location is the only positive thing about it.
Disliked: Staffing was rude, booked room months in advance and was given the wrong room. The room was dirty, locks on the door were broken, and the AC was not working the way it needed to.
