Doesn't honor reservation. Over books....

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: They gave away my non-smoking room. The room they offered smelled of weed and it felt unsafe for myself, my daughter and husband. They tried to tell me it was air freshener. Then, I had to dispute the charge on my credit card because they couldn't give me a refund on site.

Old, outdated, dirty

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The room was dirty. The bathroom was gross. The other guests were smoking in the hallways. One guest had an unleashed pitbull in the hall. There's more, but all I can say is that I would NOT recommend it

Short trip for Granny's 80th...

Liked: The ONLY thing we liked was the fact it was close to the family we were in town visiting
Disliked: Roaches, blood on towels, feces in the toilet when we walked in! HOMELESS folks sleeping in the parking lot & the RUDE front desk lady on Friday morning was just a bonus on top of the other crap, literally!
