Poor

Mixed Review but good in...

Liked: Easy access from I-40.Staff and housekeeping were polite and the room we stayed in was clean. We stayed 3 nights.
Disliked: Transients have an encampment just off the property. They are relatively respectful but are active into the early morning.They are generally respectful, but can be unnerving to wives and younger children.Conditions can change over time.

Liked: Absolutely nothing!!
Disliked: Drug addicts in every hallway, every stairwell, front parking lot, back parking lot, in the picnic area, all day and night. A few of them with their dogs, no tags, no leashes, just running around the parking lot. I literally had to get on the ground on top of mine to protect from one, not once but twice! Our TV didn’t work. My daughter stepped on glass in our room while going to the restroom in the middle of night so we’re up at 3:30 in the morning trying to remove it all. The list goes on and on.

Liked: I never stade my room was canceled by the hotel but I was still charged what a waste !!!
Disliked: That my room was canceled before I even checked in and they still charge me for the nights witch was stupid

Superb

Not very good.

Liked: The staff were very nice!
Disliked: Not very clean and though they claim smoke free it most definitely was not which made for a long night on poor lungs.

Horrible

Liked: Horrible they didn’t even have our room we booked asked for a refund and have yet to receive it
Disliked: Just nasty smelling an didn’t have our reservation

Don’t stay here unless you...

Liked: Nothing. I’d rather sleep in my car than stay here.
Disliked: Drug addict infested hotel. Hotel staff also high. Do not stay here.
