OK room, horrible everything else

Liked: Rooms were ok...clean and with recent minor renovations... good mattress, paint, etc. Bath, old fixtures but clean. Lighting dark and weird.
Disliked: The facility is a mess. Dilapidated and old...looks like someone intended to reno but ran out of money and gave up. In the stairways, parking lot and other public areas it felt like a post apocalypse prison movie. Very bad. Wouldn't go back. Tripped on old and broken exterior gravel treaded steel stairs and bruised my knee. Take it off the list ....

Ultimately we did not stay...

Liked: Nothing the rooms smelled awful and the service was terrible we could not stay
Disliked: Everything was terrible including the service of the front desk she was rude nasty and should lose her job

Worst stay of my life.

Disliked: Arrogant staff. Tiniest room I've ever stayed in. Can't turn 360 degrees in bathroom. No refrigerator or microwave. I've been here before and never had such a miserable experience. Would not allow me to get a refund and is holding my deposit. I want you to contact me at 516 510 4482.
